Job Requirements
- Have a valid class A CDL
- must be friendly and courteous to all customers
- operates equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
- complete required DOT and company related paperwork
- maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
- ensures all trucks start and move on a weekly basis
- ensures that trucks have sufficient fuel for test drives
- notify manager immediately of defects on trucks
Job Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma
- must possess or obtain a Class A CDL
- motor vehicle record must adhere to TLG MVR guidelines
- two years of experience in a similar position is preferred
- a mechanical aptitude is recommended
Job Duties
- Transport trucks as needed to fuel or deliver to customers
- test drive trucks for service department
- maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
- be friendly and courteous to all customers
- operate equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
- complete required DOT and company related paperwork
- ensure all trucks start and move on a weekly basis
- ensure that trucks have sufficient fuel for test drives
- install TLG mud flaps on all trucks and perform minor repairs and other installations
- ensure proper operation of all lights and air systems
- notify manager immediately of defects on trucks
