Job Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- must have or be willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement
- must have or be willing to obtain Tanker endorsement
- must be able to lift minimum 50lbs
- must be willing and able to work Ag Industry hours as seasonal needs dictate, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- one or more years of related experience in agricultural operations, equipment operation, or facility/warehouse work
- working knowledge of basic farm equipment, agricultural practices, and local geography (roads, farms, field access points)
- ability to perform multiple tasks in sequence such as blending products, loading trucks, and completing deliveries
- able to troubleshoot issues and make quick, practical decisions
- comfortable with basic math and accurate counting
- works well with others and communicates clearly
Job Duties
- Load and deliver fertilizers and chemicals to customers locations in compliance with safety and transport regulations
- operate equipment to accurately blend fertilizer
- receive, unload, and organize incoming product shipments
- maintain accurate warehouse inventory
- conduct general maintenance and housekeeping of plant equipment and facilities
- support miscellaneous operational needs including special projects, attending company-provided training, and providing cross-functional backup as required
