- pass required background and driving record checks

Job Duties
- Attend classroom sessions to learn trucking regulations and safety protocols
- participate in CDL driving range exercises to develop vehicle control skills
- conduct road driving practice under supervision to gain real-world experience
- meet with motor carriers during the program for pre-employment opportunities
- complete all training phases within four weeks
- prepare for and pass CDL licensing tests
- select desired truck driving position (OTR, Regional, Dedicated, Local) after program completion
