Job Requirements
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- regular, predictable, full attendance
- submit to background investigation and drug screening
- ability to work in a safe manner and maintain alertness
- legally operate motor vehicle and frequently enter/exit vehicle and cargo areas
- physical ability to move frequently, stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs occasionally
- meet vision and hearing requirements
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years documented experience in last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- proficiency in English
- ability to work required schedule and location
Job Duties
- Deliver groceries to customers within PA and NY
- operate late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks
- maintain best-in-class driving safety and comfort standards
- adhere to no-touch freight policies
- work a 5-day workweek with 6 pm start time
- comply with all federal, state laws and company regulations
- participate in safety and driver recognition programs
