Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL
- 1 year documented tractor-trailer experience
- clean driving record
- ability to pass DOT medical exam
- ability to pass drug and background screening
- physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- ability to operate motor vehicle safely
- regular and predictable attendance
- English language proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- follow all federal and state laws and regulations
- English language proficiency
- work required schedule and location
- compliant with background check and drug screening
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely
- able to legally operate a motor vehicle
Job Duties
- Drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort
- deliver medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers
- unload trailers using pallet jacks, plastic totes, carts, and lift gates
- work a five-day work week with two consecutive days off
- dispatch between 8 pm and 5 am
- maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations
- ensure timely and safe delivery of products
