Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL license
- current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one
- documented tractor-trailer driving experience as specified
- clean driving record
- fluency in English
- ability to comply with DOT regulations
- reliable attendance
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 100 lbs
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- current or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- one year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or two years in the last 5 years
- three years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- follow federal and state laws, regulations, and standards
- able to work the required schedule and location
- able to submit to background and drug screening
- ability to work safely and in a constant state of alertness
Job Duties
- Deliver bread products to customers
- make an average of 5 stops per week
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers
- ensure safe operation of the vehicle
- comply with all federal and state laws and regulations
- operate late-model Penske trucks with best-in-class comfort specs
- participate in safety and recognition programs
