Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL license
- U.S. residency and state licensure
- valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain
- minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience within last 3 years or 2 years within last 5 years
- clean driving record with minimal violations
- English proficiency
- ability to work night shifts
- pass background check and drug screening
- ability to comply with DOT and company safety regulations
- physical fitness to lift and move heavy items
- ability to safely operate vehicle and enter/exit cargo areas regularly
Job Qualifications
- valid Class A CDL required
- applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency required
- ability to work the required schedule and specific location
- ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and maintain alertness
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
Job Duties
- perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- complete approximately 20 stops per route
- operate late model, Penske maintained trucks with best-in-class comfort and safety features
- adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- maintain accurate delivery records and customer service standards
