Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A CDL
- 1 to 2 years relevant tractor-trailer driving experience
- ability to pass DOT medical examination
- clean driving record with minimal violations
- English language proficiency
- strong commitment to safety
- ability to work Monday through Friday schedule
- ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and occasionally up to 100lbs
- willingness to comply with background check and drug test
- ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
- ability to frequently enter and exit vehicle and cargo area
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year documented tractor-trailer experience within last 3 years or 2 years within last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency
- ability to complete background investigation and drug screening
- ability to work required schedule and location
- ability to comply with DOT safety regulations
Job Duties
- Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- complete approximately 50 delivery stops per week
- operate late-model, Penske maintained trucks daily
- maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
