Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class A CDL license
- 1 year documented tractor-trailer driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must have clean DMV/MVR record with no more than two moving violations
- Compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally
- Ability to operate motor vehicle safely and frequently enter and exit cargo area
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be domiciled and licensed in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Hold or able to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- Minimum 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- Clean driving record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to follow federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work the required schedule and complete background and drug screenings
- Commitment to safety and responsibility for self and others
Job Duties
- Make 27 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain
- Load and unload high volume coffee and milk products using hand dolly and lift gate
- Maintain professional and courteous demeanor with customers
- Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered
- Operate late model Penske trucks with dual zone reefer trailers
- Follow federal and state safety and transportation regulations
- Participate in company safety and driver recognition programs
