Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid Class A CDL license
- current DOT medical card or ability to obtain
- minimum 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience
- clean driving record with fewer than two moving violations or accidents
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100lbs
- strong communication skills and English proficiency
- availability to work flexible shifts at designated locations
Job Qualifications
- valid Class A CDL required
- applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency
- ability to work required schedule and at the specific location
- completed background investigation and drug screening
- ability to maintain alertness and work safely as a DOT regulated employee
Job Duties
- work at various dedicated accounts and shifts locally as needed
- perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies
- unload the trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use a scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- operate late-model, Penske maintained trucks
- maintain best-in-class specs designed for comfort
- adhere to safety standards and company policies
