- frequently enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
- meet physical demands including sight, hearing, lifting up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 100lbs
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL required
- applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency required
- ability to accept responsibility for own safety and the safety of others
Job Duties
- Cover various routes and assignments
- perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- drive late-model, Penske maintained trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
- comply with safety policies and procedures
- maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections
