Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement
- minimum 1 year of commercial vehicle driving experience
- current DOT medical card or ability to obtain
- clean driving record with two or fewer violations
- compliance with federal and state regulations
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday with early morning dispatch
- ability to lift 50lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally
- strong communication skills
- successful background and drug screening
- physical ability to perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL airbrake endorsement required
- ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- minimum 1 year documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience within the last 5 years
- 3-year DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- comply with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
- English language proficiency
- ability to work required schedule and location
- successful completion of background check and drug screening
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and maintain safety
Job Duties
- Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- manage approximately 12 stops plus 1 transfer per route
- operate late-model Penske trucks equipped with safety and comfort features
- adhere to all federal and state regulations
- maintain consistent full attendance
