Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D
- prior experience driving a box truck
- valid state driver’s license
- forklift certification or ability to obtain
- ability to meet attendance requirements
- ability to read, write and communicate in English
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting over 50 lbs
- ability to follow maps or written directions
- compliance with safety policies
- willingness to uphold The Salvation Army’s religious mission
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of assigned geographical area
- ability to organize routes for efficiency

Job Duties
- drive Salvation Army owned vehicle for pickups and deliveries
- load and unload donated or other materials
- organize pick-up tickets and schedule routes efficiently
- adhere to safety regulations and policies
- maintain a positive and professional image of The Salvation Army
- cooperate effectively with co-workers
- perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading heavy items
