Job Requirements
- Minimum Class B Commercial Driver's License with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate allowing interstate commerce operation
- Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
- Exceptional customer service skills
- English language proficiency to understand highway traffic signs and respond to official inquiries
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screens as part of pre-employment process
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing between 50 to 75 pounds
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in English to satisfy language proficiency requirements under 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2)
- Willingness to complete required training and obtain endorsements if not currently held
Job Duties
- Deliver fuel locally (home every night) in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain the delivery truck by reviewing maintenance records, performing inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions requiring attention
- Provide superior customer service
- Account for funds and inventory with a user-friendly handheld terminal
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Complete necessary delivery documentation accurately
