Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver's License with necessary endorsements
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
- Meet English Language Proficiency requirements as per federal regulations
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Willingness to undergo training to obtain required endorsements if not already held
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Hold a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
- Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate for interstate commerce operation
- Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Satisfy English Language Proficiency requirements per 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Deliver fuel locally (home every night) in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain the delivery truck including reviewing maintenance records, performing inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions
- Provide superior customer service
- Account for funds and inventory with a handheld terminal
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Assist in training and mentoring new drivers as needed
