Job Requirements
- Minimum Class B Commercial Driver’s License with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
- valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- physical ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
- ability to satisfy English Language Proficiency per 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2)
- pass background check and drug screening
- willingness to undergo training for endorsements if not currently held
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
- valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
- ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
- exceptional customer service skills
- English language proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding official inquiries and highway traffic signals
- basic mechanical aptitude
- ability to operate handheld terminals for inventory and fund accounting
Job Duties
- Deliver fuel locally (home every night) in a safe and efficient manner
- maintain the delivery truck including reviewing maintenance records, performing inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions
- provide superior customer service
- account for funds and inventory using a handheld terminal
- comply with safety and regulatory requirements
- operate company vehicles in adherence to CDL and endorsements
- assist in training to obtain required endorsements if needed
