Job Requirements
- Must have Class A CDL license
- Must have or be willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically capable of lifting 40 pounds repeatedly
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
- Must not require sponsorship for employment visa
- Ability to work year round
- Available to interact professionally with customers daily
- Basic vehicle maintenance capability
Job Qualifications
- Class A CDL license
- Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain it
- Clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in truck driving or logistics is a plus
Job Duties
- Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane to and from specified destinations and customers
- Engages in daily interaction with customers providing exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquiries
- Ensures safe handling and delivery of propane cylinders in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Maintains accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections
- Operates company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Conducts pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
- Performs basic vehicle maintenance and reports mechanical issues
- Follows all DOT and company safety regulations and procedures
