Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- proven box truck or at least 24 ft-long truck driving experience
- extensive commercial driving experience with a clean driving record
- special licenses required to operate certain vehicles
- good eyesight and hearing
- willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
- ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items up to 80 pounds
- ability to use forklifts or pallet jacks
- passing audiometer assessment
- no history of high or low blood pressure
- able to perform repetitive manual heavy lifting and physical activities
- frequent sitting, walking, standing, and squatting
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Loading, transporting, delivering and unloading items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
- reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and correct charges
- assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- collecting payments for delivered items as needed
- providing excellent customer service and handling complaints
- adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
- abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
- preparing reports and other documents related to deliveries
- operating equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks
- performing other related duties as assigned by management
