Job Requirements

- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
- Ability to provide friendly and accurate customer service

- Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems

Job Duties
- First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
- Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices
- Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
- Perform customer area and restroom maintenance such as but not limited to: detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows
- Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
