Job Duties
- greet customers and connect them with service specialists
- balance cash register and complete customer transactions
- offer additional sales opportunities while complying with laws
- input work order information accurately into POS
- verify services performed and close out pending invoices
- communicate with fleet maintenance departments for authorizations
- maintain customer area and restrooms cleanliness
- lift and move items over 25 pounds
- work in various temperature conditions
