Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years retail management experience in high volume environment
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with social media and event management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Strong brand and product knowledge
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Manage and execute Mobile Showroom events from concept to post event
  • Establish event metrics, measure, and deliver results
  • Lead mobile showroom employees to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Provide social media planning and recommendations for Mobile Showroom
  • Engage local influencers, bloggers, and businesses to build T-Mobile's visibility and brand
  • Network and build community relationships to increase brand awareness
  • Manage and execute partner retail events, including logistics and training
  • Assist with floor coaching and motivate employees and sales associates
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and share timely feedback to improve performance
