Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum two years hotel housekeeping experience
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience
  • Minimum two years guest service experience
  • Ability to produce routine business correspondence
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to pass medium level agility exam
  • Ability to pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License
  • Ability to work any assigned shift including days, swings, graves, weekends, holidays
  • Successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in hotel housekeeping
  • Minimum two years experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Two years guest service experience
  • Experience in a four-star hotel or resort environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in routine business correspondence
  • Strong math skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff assignments
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Conduct training and mentoring for housekeeping team members
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services
  • Monitor quality control and cleanliness standards
