Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years hotel housekeeping experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Minimum two years guest service experience
- Ability to produce routine business correspondence
- Strong math skills
- Ability to pass medium level agility exam
- Ability to pass background investigation for Tribal Gaming License
- Ability to work any assigned shift including days, swings, graves, weekends, holidays
- Successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in hotel housekeeping
- Minimum two years experience in a supervisory capacity
- Two years guest service experience
- Experience in a four-star hotel or resort environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in routine business correspondence
- Strong math skills
Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations
- Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff assignments
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Conduct training and mentoring for housekeeping team members
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services
- Monitor quality control and cleanliness standards
