Job Requirements
- Able to perform continuous standing and walking throughout shifts
- Capable of bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Effective face-to-face communication with team and customers
- Ability to safely navigate a fast-paced cafe environment
- Capacity to multi-task and maintain positivity under stress
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Commitment to operational excellence and teamwork
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to brand standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- Follows steps to operate the register including taking customer orders and handling cash
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Performs additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
