Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Capability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable with face-to-face interaction with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and remain positive under stress
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings or late nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling

- Physical stamina to perform standing, walking, and lifting tasks
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- Operates the register including taking customer orders and handling cash
- Follows safety and security policies
- Performs additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
