Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
- Physical ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely

Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits the cafe
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies according to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- Operates the register including taking orders, handling cash, and managing the drawer
- Follows safety and security policies set by the brand
- Performs additional tasks to run the cafe
