Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- capability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late evenings
- customer service orientation
- ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe
- prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
- uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the cafe
- follows steps to operate the register including taking customer orders and accurately handling cash
- follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
- performs additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
