Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to engage in frequent bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- strong multi-tasking and positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- good face-to-face communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late nights
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- prepare ingredients for food and smoothies
- assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies according to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
- use sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- set up and monitor food and smoothie workstations
- clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- operate the register including taking orders and handling cash
- follow safety and security policies
- perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
