Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
Frequent face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers
Ability to navigate safely in a fast-paced cafe environment
Ability to multitask and remain positive under stress

Job Duties

Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer
Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards
Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
Operates the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and managing the drawer
Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
Performs additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
