Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early morning and late night
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Must be able to interact face-to-face with customers and team members effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late evenings
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Job Duties
- Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies
- Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies to standards
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other cafe areas
- Operates the register including taking customer orders and handling cash
- Follows safety and security policies
- Performs additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
