Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of restaurant experience including supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to learn other computer software programs
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of restaurant experience with progressive supervisory roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management and supervisory skills
- Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Proficient in Excel and Word with ability to learn other software
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
Job Duties
- Develop people and promote growth under leadership
- Be proficient in every position and work in those positions if needed
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new Crew Members
- Drive shifts, keep crew members on task with daily goals and clear direction
- Maintain employee schedule and fill in when needed
- Train and coach Crew Members and Crew Leaders to uphold brand standards
- Manage daily cafe functions including food preparation, service and cleaning
- Ensure safe sanitation practices in food handling
- Conduct weekly food inventory and review reports
- Manage ordering, inventory and reconcile invoices
- Hit sales goals, manage labor and control inventory using Micros MyInventory
- Manage cash through daily safe count and counting cash drawers
- Correct and submit payroll hours bi-weekly
- Perform additional tasks to operate the cafe
- Attend weekly calls and training sessions
- Review and understand Profit and Loss statements
- Work varied schedule including weekends, holidays, late evenings and early mornings
