Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Must be Boise Alcohol certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service
- Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for PM shifts
- Ability to read write and communicate clearly in English

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a timely manner anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care
- Maintain a clean and organized station following setup and detailing standards
- Demonstrate full knowledge of breakfast and lunch menu offerings
- Accurately take and enter orders using Toast system to ensure food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly
- Stay informed on liquor beer wine and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws
- Assist in morning service operations including setup and side-work duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen bar and fellow team members to ensure smooth service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
