Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Must be Boise Alcohol certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service
- Exceptional customer service skills and passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for early morning shifts
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a timely manner, anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care
- Maintain a clean and organized station, following setup and detailing standards
- Demonstrate full knowledge of breakfast and lunch menu offerings
- Accurately take and enter orders using Toast system to ensure food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly
- Stay informed on liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws
- Assist in morning service operations, including setup and side-work duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
