Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days from hire date
- must complete on the job training within 60 days from hire date
- must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers
- must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends and/or holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged equivalent preferred
- basic math skills
- prior experience preparing and serving espresso-style beverages preferred
- prior customer service experience preferred
- prior cash handling experience preferred
- ability to work any assigned shift including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- prepare and serve all espresso bar food and beverage menu items
- set up and break down station daily
- maintain highest standards of menu item preparation for quality and consistency
- provide excellent guest service according to Food & Beverage SOPs
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the espresso bar area
- handle cash register or POS transactions accurately
- comply with all health and safety regulations
