Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days from hire date
  • must complete on the job training within 60 days from hire date
  • must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
  • must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers
  • must be able to work any shift assigned including days, swing, grave, weekends and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or ged equivalent preferred
  • basic math skills
  • prior experience preparing and serving espresso-style beverages preferred
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • prior cash handling experience preferred
  • ability to work any assigned shift including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve all espresso bar food and beverage menu items
  • set up and break down station daily
  • maintain highest standards of menu item preparation for quality and consistency
  • provide excellent guest service according to Food & Beverage SOPs
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the espresso bar area
  • handle cash register or POS transactions accurately
  • comply with all health and safety regulations
