Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess or obtain Food Handler's permit within 60 days of hire
  • Must possess or obtain TIPS Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Must successfully pass background check for Tribal Gaming License
  • Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
  • Must be able to work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must have basic math skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of banquet food service experience
  • Minimum six months experience serving alcoholic beverages or bottled wine
  • Experience working with the public utilizing guest relation skills
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Sequence of Service
  • Assist guests with menu items and food preparations
  • Recommend and serve appropriate wines
  • Maintain high standards of wine service
  • Work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ensure compliance with food and beverage service protocols
