Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess or obtain Food Handler's permit within 60 days of hire
Must possess or obtain TIPS Certification within 60 days of hire
Must successfully pass background check for Tribal Gaming License
Must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
Must be able to work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays
Must have basic math skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum one year of banquet food service experience
Minimum six months experience serving alcoholic beverages or bottled wine
Experience working with the public utilizing guest relation skills
Prior bartending experience preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties

Provide friendly and professional service to guests
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Sequence of Service
Assist guests with menu items and food preparations
Recommend and serve appropriate wines
Maintain high standards of wine service
Work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Ensure compliance with food and beverage service protocols
