Treetop Adventures is an exciting outdoor recreation company specializing in aerial adventure courses designed to provide thrilling and safe experiences for guests of all ages. Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and all major holidays
Completion of a background check
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Ability to perform moderate lifting, bending, and pushing
Ability to complete the course and make rescues as necessary
Ability to sweep, dust, and pick up/dispose of trash
Ability to work in various weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, sun, and darkness with limited lighting
Must be able to work at heights of 35-75 feet above ground

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Completion of a background check
Be able to positively motivate and lead a team, conveying information and ideas clearly and effectively
Be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
Be able to identify potential guest issues and develop methodologies to prevent or limit impact
Be able to assimilate complex information and data and adjust to meet constraints
Be able to effectively listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by team members and guests
Be able to work with and understand financial information and perform basic math functions

Job Duties

Perform opening and closing assignments and inspections of the course
Ensure exceptional professionalism and customer service are always provided to all guests and team members
Take responsibility for the overall guest experience at Treetop Adventures
Create a fun atmosphere for guests to enjoy through safety briefings and continued encouragement through course experience
Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and properly stored
Take care of all equipment and properly store/clean at the end of the day
