Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Dental reception experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to reliably commute to the office location in Shelton, CT
- Ability to work within current office hours, shifts to be determined, including up to two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month
- A desire to become part of a family-oriented team and support the mission to deliver the best patient experience possible

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients
- Handle heavy phone volume
- Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists
- Act as a liaison between patients and doctors
- Enter patient treatment plans
- Discuss treatment needs with patients and make financial arrangements
- Estimate, collect, and post patient payments
- Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed
- Perform general office duties including printing, faxing, and computer data entry
