Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- dental reception experience
- excellent computer skills
- superior customer service skills
- willingness to learn and grow
- ability to reliably commute to the office location in Prospect, CT
- desire to become part of a family-oriented team and support the mission to deliver the best patient experience possible
- ability to work within current office hours, shifts to be determined including up to two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month

- experience with Dentrix Ascend software preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients
- handle heavy phone volume
- schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists
- act as a liaison between patients and doctors
- enter patient treatment plans
- discuss treatment needs with patients and make financial arrangements
- estimate, collect, and post patient payments
- follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed
- perform general office duties such as printing, faxing, and computer data entry
