- Dental reception experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Willingness to learn & grow
- Ability to reliably commute to the office location in West Hartford, CT
- A desire to become part of our family-oriented team & support our mission to deliver the best patient experience possible
- Ability to work within current office hours, shifts to be determined, includes up to two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month

- Dental reception experience

- Dentrix Ascend software experience (preferred)
Job Duties
- Greet & check in patients
- Handle heavy phone volume
- Schedule appointments for doctors & hygienists
- Act as a liaison between patients & doctors
- Enter patient treatment plans
- Discuss treatment needs with patients & make financial arrangements
- Estimate, collect, & post patient payments
- Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed
- Perform general office duties such as printing, faxing, and computer data entry
