Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a chef or in menu planning
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and nutritional needs
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday - Sunday)
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
- Ability to manage budgets and supplies
- Passion for supporting mental health through nutrition

- Experience in curation of menus
- Passion for mental and behavioral health
- Ability to work independently in kitchen settings
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions
- Strong organizational skills
- Culinary education or relevant certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Curate menus that meet a broad range of dietary needs including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium
- Develop and maintain culinary and equipment budget for department
- Manage menu planning, supply ordering, kitchen maintenance, and sanitation standards
- Oversee nutritional needs of adolescents and young adults while maintaining exciting taste profiles
- Ensure kitchen compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to accommodate specific dietary requirements
- Monitor food inventory and quality control
