Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in culinary arts or food service
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Part-time availability including weekends

Job Duties
- Curate menus that meet a broad range of dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium
- Develop and maintain culinary and equipment budget for department
- Manage menu planning, supply ordering, kitchen maintenance, and sanitation standards
- Manage all nutritional needs of adolescents and young adults while maintaining dietary needs and exciting taste buds
