Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cash handling or financial transactions preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 or 4 year degree preferred
- excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- prior experience handling cash, deposits or other financial transactions preferred
- experience in banking, retail cash handling, accounting support, or treasury operations preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point
- attention to detail is vital, along with strong numerical accuracy
- ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- willingness to cross-train in related office or operational functions
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff in a professional and courteous manner
- greet and assist visitors at the front door
- manage entry access by operating the doorbell and intercom system
- ensure visitors are properly signed in and escorted when necessary
- assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, packages and deliveries
- prepare Consolidated Daily Cash Report and distribute to executive team
- maintain Daily Cash Posting spreadsheet
- review and analyze Analysis Statements from banks to ensure proper monthly charges
- ensure compliance with internal controls and security procedures
- communicate discrepancies or issues promptly to appropriate leadership
- conduct weekly grocery and supply runs for the office as assigned on Mondays
- monitor office supply levels and assist with restocking as needed
- help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front office and common areas
- coordinate and assist with monthly employee birthday celebrations, including setup and cleanup
- decorate the office for holidays and other seasonal or company-wide celebrations
- support special events, employee appreciation initiatives, or internal celebrations as requested
- contribute to creating a positive and welcoming workplace atmosphere
