Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in beverage preparation or similar role
- Food Handler Certificate if applicable
- Ability to operate beverage equipment and handle transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar or supportive role
- Food Handler Certificate if applicable
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Ability to learn and communicate product, menu, and allergy information
- Proficiency with restaurant inventory systems or software is a plus
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest service
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and serve drinks to guests in a warm and hospitable manner
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Operate standard bar, coffee, and juice equipment
- Upsell products with pride and passion
- Ensure compliance with all health code standards
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas including tables, equipment, and refrigerators
- Unpack deliveries, stock items, and complete inventory for juices, spices, and fresh ingredients
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a team-oriented environment
