Job Requirements
- must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly and push individuals who weigh up to 200 pounds in wheelchairs
- must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- and talk and hear
- must be able to stay awake for the entire shift
- must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare food for residents according to specified textures and portion sizes
- prepare formula for residents
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work area
- operate and maintain dish machine including washing pots and pans and managing supplies
