  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to distinguish and identify different diet foods
  • a ServeSafe/Food Handlers Certificate
  • two years experience in a fine dining hotel or restaurant
  • knowledge of institutional food service a plus
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • assembles and delivers trays of food to residents in a courteous, timely, and safe fashion
  • retrieves and disassembles trays
  • distinguishes and identifies different diet foods
  • prepares food items in compliance with fine dining standards
  • maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborates with culinary team to ensure quality and timely meal service
