- a ServeSafe/Food Handlers Certificate
- two years experience in a fine dining hotel or restaurant
- knowledge of institutional food service a plus

Job Duties
- assembles and delivers trays of food to residents in a courteous, timely, and safe fashion
- retrieves and disassembles trays
- distinguishes and identifies different diet foods
- prepares food items in compliance with fine dining standards
- maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborates with culinary team to ensure quality and timely meal service
