Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food handler permit or ServSafe certification (required in Utah and Idaho)
- ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperature environments
- excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items following recipes and instructions
- serve customers in various venues including catering, retail outlets, and patient care
- maintain organized and sanitary working environments
- prepare bulk food items and assemble specialty meals and catered items
- maintain proper food quantities with appropriate rotation
- deliver patient meals, operate cashier register, stock supplies, and use ware-washing machines
- interact effectively with customers and team members
