Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food focused kitchen, preferred background in elevated Japanese cuisine
- Hands-on, working side by side with your team during prep and service
- Compassion for people and embrace IRHG core values
- Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success
- Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Experience with managing restaurant financials, mainly dealing with food costs and labor
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years running a high-volume, upscale kitchen with a preferred background in elevated Japanese cuisine
- Ability to work hands-on alongside team during preparation and service

- Excellent problem resolution skills with proactive team support
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Experience managing restaurant financials focused on food costs and labor
Job Duties
- Create experiences by cultivating hospitality and leading a team to craft dishes that showcase our cuisine
- Inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Provide hands-on leadership by supporting the team especially during peak times
- Oversee business operations by collaborating with general managers and home office leaders to maximize kitchen efficiency
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet pre-determined financial expectations
