Job Requirements

  • Culinary Arts degree preferred
  • at least three years of culinary experience in high-volume food service
  • knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety standards
  • valid state driver's license
  • ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • capability to work on feet up to eight hours per day
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • adherence to dress code
  • follow workplace safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines daily
  • maintain consistent passing scores on internal audits
  • document and correct safety and sanitation issues immediately

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts degree preferred
  • more than three years of culinary experience in a similar volume food service establishment
  • food service training with experience in food preparation techniques according to HACCP processes and recommendations
  • understanding of restaurant merchandising and marketing for service preparation and presentation
  • effective communication and presentation skills with customers, clients, and employees

Job Duties

  • Oversee the purchasing, preparation, and execution of high-quality, cost-effective food service
  • hire, train, and schedule staff
  • participate in corporate training and staff development programs
  • prepare and maintain accurate and timely accounting and financial records within operating budget
  • maintain sanitary and safe operation in accordance with federal, state, and local health regulations
  • represent the company in a courteous and friendly manner
  • engage with customers and clients, listen to feedback, and implement changes to meet client needs
