Job Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Own and know how to use hand and power tools
- Ability to travel to any US work location
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Capable of extended out-of-town travel
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, walking, and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in store remodels, resets, merchandising, and fixture installation
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and planograms
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Experience with retail fixtures such as pallet racking and gondolas
- Demonstrated self-management and professional communication skills
Job Duties
- Work with teams traveling to multiple retail locations throughout the US
- Ensure compliance with all safety program requirements
- Arrange and place products on shelves according to blueprints and planograms
- Install fixtures such as pallet racking and gondolas
- Dismantle, assemble, and place a wide variety of retail fixtures
- Decipher and interpret plans and prints
- Demonstrate professional interaction with clients and team members
