Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Physical ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel within and outside home state with overnight stays
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management
- Ability to work independently with safety-first mentality
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
- Comfortable with travel and overnight stays
Job Duties
- Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
- Build product displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Travel regularly including overnight stays
- Interact with customers and management in a friendly manner
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in retail environments
