Job Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Comfort interacting with customers and management
- Willingness to travel up to 50 percent or more of the time
- Strong safety awareness in retail environments
- Availability to work flexible hours if requested
- No prior experience required as training is provided

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Travel regularly with overnight stays
- Interact with customers and store management
- Maintain safety-first work practices
